Are you feeling stretched:
If you stretch your muscles after your workout, they are less likely to be sore the following day. The act of stretching puts demand on the capacity of your muscle, but does not tear them. This action makes your muscles STRONGER and are able to take on more mass.
Your life works the same way. How many of you feel stretched? That you are at your limit, i.e. your capacity? You feel that you are about to break? BUT that is where God wants you. In your trials your life capacity is becoming STRONGER, which will enable you to take on more responsibilities.
Case and point: the more stretched you are, the easier your future will be. Embrace your tension.
